A by-election was held for the Edenthorpe, Kirk Sandall and Barnby Dun ward of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council on 24 July 2014 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Pat Hall.

Paul Bissett gained the seat for UKIP.
